All shortcuts can be customized in Settings -> Interface.

Recover a cancelled recording

If you cancelled a recording by mistake, a notification appears briefly. Press Ctrl+Tab within a few seconds to transcribe and insert that recording anyway.

Ask and selected-text actions

On Windows, double-tap Ctrl or press Ctrl+Alt+C to start Ask. Finish speaking with Ctrl+Space or double-tap Alt. Double-tap controls can be disabled in Settings → Interface; use your configured shortcut if they are off.

Select text first for a rewrite, explanation, or reply; start without a selection for a question. See Ask Dictāta, Context Actions, and Memory.
