How to Delete Your Account
We value your privacy and provide a straightforward way to manage your data. If you want to delete your account and all associated personal information, follow the steps below for your device.
Important Information Before You Begin
Please review these points carefully before continuing.
- Data removal: Deleting your account is permanent. It removes your profile, settings, and all associated data from our servers.
- Irreversible action: Once the process is complete, your data cannot be recovered.
- Subscriptions: If you have an active subscription via the App Store or Google Play, cancel it in your device subscription settings first to avoid further charges.
On Mobile (iOS & Android)
The process is the same for iPhone and Android devices.
2. Tap Delete Account
On the Account page, scroll down and tap "Delete Account".
3. Type delete and Confirm
In the confirmation input field, type "delete" and then tap the delete button.
On Desktop App (Windows & macOS)
The steps are identical on both Windows and Mac desktop apps.
1. Open the App and Settings
Open the desktop app, ensure you are logged in, then click your profile area in the top navigation and choose Settings.
2. Locate Delete Account
In Settings, open the Account section and scroll down.
3. Click Delete Account
Click the "Delete Account" button to open the confirmation prompt.
4. Confirm Permanent Deletion
In the confirmation input field, type "delete" and click the delete button.
